Per Semester Cost
Carroll offers 13 undergraduate residence hall options to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Traditional halls serve as home to the majority of first-year students. Suite-style halls are available for students who have achieved sophomore status or higher. Apartments are recommended for students who have achieved junior status or higher.
Traditional halls typically serve as home to incoming and first-year students although they are available to all students as a living option. The exceptions are Steele and Swarthout Hall, which are only open to incoming students
